Please add option to include necks and/or all visible skin when using Face Retouch Merged

The new update is amazing but it would help a great deal if it was possible to include necks when using the Face Retouch tools. Adding all visible skin would be even better.

Current workaround

Current workaround is exporting to Photoshop and manually retouching necks and other skin to match the face.
