Add a Gaussian blur slider Merged

Would give us the ability to blur/smooth out backgrounds and any other areas where its needed or wanted. It would be functional plus add to creative choices.


Current workaround

Only way to do this currently is a round trip to Photoshop (or similar), creating extra work and extra files
