Replacing all masks during synchronization Merged

Add the option to synchronization, to not combining the layers, but replacing them with the list of layers that is in the active photo. Actually reset the of the layers panel before applying sync files.

Current workaround

If the settings and layers were synchronized on a large number of files, and then changes were made to the layers, you need to reset the layers panel on all files to which synchronization needs to be applied. Then apply layer synchronization only.
