My clients often like to have some first pictures I took during an event for a press photo.
During taking pictures in a busy situation I produce a lot of pictures and unsually don't have the time to sort out those pictures on the computer. I often mark the "good ones" right directly after I took them on my camera. It would really improve my workflow a lot, if I could import this marker together with the pictures. Meaning to have an one-star-rating, colour tag or whatever on the improted pictures, that I marked before with the "protect" button on my camera. Like it is possible with photo mechanic.
Hey Raymond, thank you very much for your answer. Yes, that was exactly what I was looking for! I've already written to support about this, but apparently we misunderstood each other. I personally only tried using the “protect” button in my camera, as that’s what I know from Photo Mechanic, and it didn’t work. But with the star-rating it works. Thanks a million!
Hi 15142062490781,
I'd like to make sure I understand. Today, if I star-rate (for example) in-camera, the rating comes over when I import into Capture One. Is this what you're asking for or is it something different?
