Ai Mask - speed up workflow

if the default AI mask’s are made (default name is used for an image( Subject Mask 1 & Background Mask 1 ) - would it be good/speed up workflow to auto update the other mask; for example - if I add / subtract to the background layer mask - would it be helpful to automatically add/deselection that part in the subject mask?
