Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
Working with large gradient tools is cumbersome because the control points are inaccessible once past the edge of the image.
I often make very large radial or linear gradient masks where the control points simply disappear once they are beyond the edges of the image, even when I am using a huge proof marging or proof recipe that makes the image very small in the viewer. It would improve workflow greatly if I could access the control points within the viewer window even if they currently sit outside of the image area.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
I encounter this on 75% of my edits, especially when creating vignettes using the radial gradient tool.
Current workaround
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One? I have been unable to find any workarounds for this other than having to drag the position of the gradient tool until the control points are within the image area, resize it, then drag it back into position. This is exactly what I want to avoid. |
