Realization of a scripting interface under Windows

What problem do you see this solving?

Poor Performance with large catalogs

I think it would be a very good possibility to automate C1 in some places under Windows. PowerShell is a good choice for this, just as AppleScript is under MacOS.

So you could call a specific session from a external DAM program. Like it was possible with Media Pro.

I posted this question many years ago - Link

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

Since Media Pro no longer exists

Photoshop has a cute in-program scripting tool. Would be great to see something equivalent in C1!

If only the Powershell language wasn't so obtuse.

That's right. Only cross-platform compatibility is not everything. It is then important to be able to address the interface from other programs as well. Under OSX many programs can use AppleScript, under Windows rather PowerShell, because here the OS interface is also available.
But in the end - I would not care - important to have the possibility at all and not just look enviously at the OSX users.
