Improve IPTC tools

Please improve IPTC management so that it's easier to use and doesn't have to go through styles.

As in Photo Mechanics, be able to easily create import templates in external files with automated folder creation, based for example on camera serial numbers or the chosen template.

I find the current system too restrictive to use, and I always have to go through Photo Mechanics for IPTC.

It's a shame to have to do it this way.
