What problem do you see this solving?
The 'Show on map' link in the Metadata tool opens Google Maps. It would be useful to have an option to use macOS' Maps application instead (or OpenStreetMap).
As it is, you need to open Google Maps, copy the coordinates of the location in question and search for the location in the Maps application.

I have been impacted by the lack of OsmAnd support nearly every day during my Norwegian and Slovenian tours the last two months. Support of OsmAnd (because it supports topographic maps) would be most valuable for me.
