What problem do you see this solving?
When I press Export button and I have no picture selected, the export dialog opens, but the collection is empty and I cannot export anything. It does not make sense to have the dialog open in such situation at all.
So please make it the way, if no picture is selected and one presses the Export button, open the dialog with all pictures from the currently selected folder (after the applied filters).
Eventually, put there a button to the Export dialog, that will add all pictures from the current folder. This will be also useful when I have just one picture selected (my last edit), but I want to export the whole folder.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Last time: just now. Anyway, I face this pretty often: I open the Export dialog and I find out I have no photos there, or only one foto (my last edit). In this situation, I have to close the Export dialog, select all and open the Export dialog again. A little bit embarassing.
