Clarify activation records by accepting and displaying a Computer ID string from the user, e.g., iMac24M1. "Computer 1" and "-140140261" are not helpful to users.
What problem do you see this solving?
It's difficult to know which computer is which on the Activation Record. Need this when I install C1 on a new computer. I want to deactivate the one it replaces, but not my other computer.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

Or even just adding a field on the license view that showed the "Computer ID" of the current machine would be helpful -- that way we could know which machine to remove when moving off of a system.
I make my own windows computers, trying to keep up to date with technological advances, so "replace" my PC's regularly. Don't know about Mac, but with Windows the "Computer name" would do fine, thank you .
