Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
What problem do you see this solving?
When viewing an image in Live Sharing view online, the image is too small on mobile. You need to remove the left/right arrows and give that space to the photograph. It is insane to dedicate 25% of screen space to some buttons when phone screens are so small in portrait mode (1080p on good phones, less on bad ones). You can move those buttons beneath the photos if you insist on keeping them, and make them bigger so people can actually touch them.
When the mobile site is in landscape mode, you need to move all of the controls to the sides. Do not dedicate screen space to anything not image related above and below the image! This follows really basic design principles. I know the feature is new...but it's really easy to fix this and should have been fixed by now.
Just look at this:
That is ridiculous. Landscape mode is unusable. 20% of the screen is already used by the browser's URL bar, and another 20% by the title and star rating.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
I use this feature to preview photos while editing them. You need to A) fix the above problems and B) introduce a new feature like this one that is specifically geared towards editing workflows that involve a non-PC device for quality control. I have expensive monitors, but they don't beat the picture quality and mastering control I can get on a phone. After all, 99.999% of today's photos are destined for a phone screen in some app or another.
Current workaround
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One? There is no workaround for this. |
Hi 374108460437, thank you for the feedback.
We are aware and working on it - I cannot communicate any dates at the moment, but you can expect improvements to the user experience and user interface of Live on the web in the future.
