Magic Brush/Magic Eraser

Magic Brush and Magic Eraser crashes Capture One. The magic eraser/brush are awesome tools, however, using them shouldn't crash the program. Not only does it crash the program, it also doesn't keep the most updated version of the edits made. This ...

searching large catalogues

I have a big catalogue with 50.000 images. When I want to search for certain keywords in the database the search already starts when I am still typing in the search term. As the search begins the "beach ball" appears (MacOS) and I cannot even ente...

hide the splash screen during startup

Dear CO-Team it would be nice if we could hide the splash screen during startup as it is implemented in Lightroom. We would not have to look at the same picture for a year every time we start up CaptureOne. with best regards Paul

Infrared Dust & Scratch Removal for RAW Film Scans – Any Format, Any Scanner

Film scanning is more popular than ever — from personal archives to museum preservation. Many scanners (Nikon, Plustek, Epson, Pacific Image/Reflecta, etc.) can capture an infrared channel to detect dust and scratches. Software like SilverFast HDR...

'Chroma Range' mask refinement option, like Luma Range, but for colours

When Luma Range mask refinement was added, that was a revelation. It made masking so much easier and that much more flexible. I would love to see a similar feature added, that doesn't refine the lightness range, but the colour range. Setting the s...

Automatic Macro Photography Image Stacking
