Capture One on desktop

I am paying money every month to the software and I am unable to get proper response for my problem

It should be possible to cull after fixing exposure and applying a style for instance. It is easier to choose a keeper if you see a version closer to the end result. I would apply auto exposure and a style to all images before culling.
