Allow user to increment / decrement adjustment sliders more granularly using a modifier key or the ability to assign a keyboard shortcut. For example, the Exposure adjustment can be moved in 1.0 or 0.1 increments but not .01 hundredths increments....

What problem do you see this solving? So, to achieve a "long exposure" effect, and also a noise reduction effect, stacking multiple raw images and average them (with aligning) you could achieve this. I guess this is what the Phase One cameras does...
