When hovering over the undo icon the help text just says Undo/Redo, not which step your are undoing. If you a undoing a few steps you loose track of which step you're up to. The pop-up text at the bottom of screen says what step has been undone AF...

when I go in and out the style brushes window (opening and closing) all style brush options are closed again, it would be nice if the remain in the last state. It prevents me from quickly selecting a style brush (other than using a shortcut)

It would help my workflow greatly if speed edit controls were available for midpoints in each colour channel in levels, and I'm sure there are a number of other uses for the speed edit function that would suit other users.

Color code the tools that ONLY work on the image layer. A colored dot would do it. It would be less confusing.
