It should be possible to cull after fixing exposure and applying a style for instance. It is easier to choose a keeper if you see a version closer to the end result. I would apply auto exposure and a style to all images before culling.

I would love to see a Color Balance tool similar to Photoshop in Capture One. I find it excellent for finalising colour grades as making tiny adjustments is easier with it. Colour wheels of course allow the same adjustments but with the sliders it...
