One thing that is not working on the Mark ll with this update is that the 100% zoom in live view is not sharp. This used to work with my 5d MArk IV and R5 C. Not sure if this could be a camera setting or if there needs to be an update to solve. Pleasea dvise.
I have been following your product since Lightroom went under Adobe. The first reason was the quality of your concept but also a disavowal of Adobe pricing. I can admit that you were charging a new version for a brand new camera. But here it is a 2nd edition of an existing camera where only the RAW coding is modified... and there is no structural improvement in your software... You are becoming expensive
Hello everyone, we're just leaving this comment here to confirm that Canon R5 II is supported starting from Capture One 16.4.5. Please update the software to be able to work with your camera.
Hello. I have the perpetual version of Capture One 23 with the update to 16.2.6. and I can't open the files on my new EOS R5 mark II. What should I do? Do I really have to upgrade and pay again when I just want to open the files from my new camera? Thank you
Just want to add a comment here to emphasize the urgency of upgrading the software to support the Canon R5 Mark II on Apple's IOS. I'm unable to work. I captured cutting edge content and cannot view, edit or publish them.
When comes this upgrade! My 2 competitors who work with Lightroom in the same territory are already working with the new R5 MK2 and I am looking at it in its box because capture one cannot read the files...

When will ethernet tethering be supported with the R5 II?
Yehh baby, Thx CP Crew for the quick support, I can finally see my images. Also, your mobile app has changed my workflow-love it.
Its killin me watching all these YouTubers reviewing the images using Adobe and I still can't use my camera.
Seriously -- CO still does not support Canon R5II. This is unacceptable.
How does it anyway happen that its not supported at launch? I dont get it! It launched 7 days ago what takes so long?

Last week of August has begun.
Can't come fast enough. I have a $7,000 view finder
The ETA for 16.4.5 is the last week of August.
Want to add to the urgency as my cameras just arrived and I cannot work without tethering.
Please support R5 mark II asap. I've got the camera now and need to use it with Capture One for my job immediately. Pls advise the estimated date.
Yes please!!!!!!!!!!
We expect this camera to be supported in the nearest release. Stay tuned!
