Midi controller shortcuts

In the Edit Keyboard Shortcuts section, add the ability to register Midi actions/panels. This would enable a faster editing workflow. All actions could be mapped to specific keys/knobs on a controller.

This is possible with the competition via MIDI2LR and greatly streamlines and speeds up the workflow. https://rsjaffe.github.io/MIDI2LR/
