Your customers have spent a decade learning your desktop interface that your team has lovingly evolved over that time. Suggestion is to leverage that investment (both from your customers and your C1 team) and transfer as much of the desktop UI experience to the iPadOS platform as possible. I appreciate this isn't always possible, but with M4 and 13" screens on iPad Air and Pro out now, there should be plenty of horsepower and screen space to bring a more desktop experience to the ultra portable iPad.
