Make it possible to add a frame to the image when exporting the image to a tiff or jpg file Merged

A frame sometimes enhances the image when printed or when displayed on various social platforms.

Current workaround

It is possible to create a frame to the image by draw strait lines with the brush tool and reduce the exposure slider to zero. But is is tricky. Another workaround is to use LR.
