Background AI selection tool selects the entire picture except what is calculated as subject. It includes the foreground and midground instead of selecting just the background like sky, mountain, forest etc..
Adding list of common Subjects and Backgrounds (attached pic) as drop down list for user to select (filter) optionally can help selection algorithm.
If user clicks Subject or Background button, then 'Auto' selection can kick in.

Click and Rectangle method works but Auto selection especially background selection is not working as expected. |
