Option to change colour of scrolling slider in unclicked state to be much brighter

There is a small slider that appears on the side of the browsing panel. It's light grey. It's really hard to see. When you click it, it turns orange, then it's really easy to see, that's great. But please could we have an option to make the slider in its resting state a much brighter colour.

Current workaround

I keep randomly grabbing empty space until I find it. I guess I could adjust the contrast of my monitor, but it's been calibrated for editing and I don't really want to do that. Thanks for eading.

100% agree, at 70 shades of gray in the UI can be difficult. I dislike having to spend time searching for the diminishing cursor. I know there are shortcuts but my preferred method is using the scrollbar. I would prefer to leave it orange permanently, I see no value in only being visible when you finally find it.

I agree 100%. beimg able to change the cursor colour, without having to change the contrast would solve the problem. The more images in the browser, the smaller the cursor; it gets to be a sshort as 5mm.
