Show long folder full name when hover mouse cursor on top of the folder

In the Library tooltab folders with long name are not fuly visible and in order to see its full name I have to increase width of the library tool tab panel by draging its border to the right, Better if would be possibel to see full nabe of one specific folder when I hover the mouse cursor over the folder and its full name become visible. Full name of the folder could be shown as a text baloon on top of the library panel. This allows faster to see folder name without changing the size of the tool tab panel.
