Improve filter by rating : allowing selection of multiple ratings

In a session, I rate my photos from none to 5 stars. for some uses (e.g. exports for a book or website) I would like to select all photos with ratings of 3 or more.

Change the interface appearance toolbar and picture bar sliders.

Change the default appearance or contrast of the toolbar and picture bar sliders. The gray tint when inactive is hard to see when editing. When active they have a orange highlight and are not adjustable from within the application.

With the new template option for creating sessions folders, (or even past versions)... It would be great to be able to rearrange the capture folders outside of alphabetical. IE... putting a test folder at the top versus fishing for it at the botto...
