It would be very helpful to integrate a „Delete“ button directly in the Import and / or Culling process. My workflow would benefit a lot in that I could delete (or move to the waste bin) all photos that I want to delete immediately "at first sight...

It would be useful to organise images within the browser by a camera category. I sometimes shoot multiple cameras at the same time but want to edit sets of pictures taken from the same position.

I would LOVE the ability to pin the slideshow to a client viewer so that I could continue using my computer while my client monitors see the slideshow play.

Add the ability to reduce skin shine on faces and other body skin. This can be a very tricky edit at times using the current tools.
