Optimize Subject Masking for Airplanes

AI Subject Mask: Unfortunately, due to the varying angles during approach, the masking is inaccurate in the landing gear area and at the corners where the wings meet the fuselage. This is particularly true for the landing gear—especially the main ...

If C1 considers an image read-only due temporary network issues, allow user to force C1 to re-check and update the image status accordingly

Under some circumstances C1 considers images as non-processable and flags them as read-only. I randomly face this issue when shooting tethered with a 100 MP camera and keep session and images on a network drive. Most images work fine, but 1 to 5% ...

Export or Transfer Images from a Catalog to a Session

I would like to request a feature that allows users to export or transfer a selection of images from a Capture One Catalog to either a new or an existing Session. The selection should be possible from: a manual image selection; an Album; a S...

Identify the point of focus for each image

What problem do you see this solving? My request is not to solve a problem, but rather to make a valuable enhancement to Capture One. I would like to have a tool that with a click of a button would show me the point where I focused when I took eac...

Averaging option for white balance picker

It would be great to have the option to average the values of surrounding 3/5/11/31 pixels for more accurate white balancing and color selection. What problem do you see this solving? It is very difficult to click on the right pixel to have a good...

Naming Layers

Every time we create a new layer, why not have Capture One automatically place the cursor on the layer in the layers palette - prompting us to rename it? (Rebelle software does this.) As with most of us, even Paul Reiffer forgets to name his new l...

Compare two or more images side-by-side

I am a portrait photographer. When I use the desktop version, it is always helpful to put multiple images side by side to help the client compare and pick the image they love to have retouched. Would love that on the iPad version.
