Masks: expand / contract

Suggestion: Add ability to expand or contract a mask by entering -/+ pixel amount. Would be great if the expand / contract would also be synchronizable.

Reason: As example if you use a subject or AI mask it goes right to the edges and if you then apply structure, clarity, extra sharpening as a few examples you then create a sharp edge to the subject creating a cut and paste look. if we could contract the mask, as example, the subject would retain it's natural blending into the background. Currently, feathering expands the mask making this issue worse. Nor does 'refine' help this issue.

Note: the ability to expand / contract selections and masks is common feature in other software.
