Next Capture Adjustments with hot folder

Hello 👋 capture one team. I’m a looooooooong time user since the very first version when I was still in university. Love your product - congrats. I have one request: I am working with a workflow, where instead of shooting tether I’m using the enable hotfolder function for my import of images into capture one. I need to be able to automatically have every image that comes to the hotfolder and comes into my capture one custom style settings applied. At the moment I have to always select all and apply style manually. It’s really need to be able to have on every incoming image the settings applied without the manual workaround. I don’t want to work with a hot key setup. Can you add this feature or is there a workaround, so it’s the same like in thether mode ? Thanks

i fully agree to this request. I am a long time user of Capture one (from version 5) with Olympus camera. Olympus camera were never supported for tethering while a sdk existed already at that time.

I am a retired software engineer, and i do not comprehend why the option to apply the Next Capture Adjustment to image processed using the Hot Folder scheme were not present by default. The processing is strickly compatable with the tethered photo processing, the only difference i could see is that Capture One does not need to write the Raw image to the disk itself.

Having tethering feature of Next Capture Adjustments also work with files imported from hot folders would be great. On macOS there are triggers you can use with AppleScript that would achieve this but this is not available for Windows users.
