Correct the conflicts in Print Caption and Watermarking

What problem do you see this solving?

The PRINT dialog offer edits for Watermark and Caption. PRINT Caption properties (font, size, color, text) are different than those under the EXPORT .. Caption properties.

Theissue is that thefollowing sequence in the PRINT dialog locks upfurtheradjustments to the WATERMARK.

1) Change the WATERMARK properties (e.g.Text, Font, Color to "A")

2) Change the CAPTION properties (Text,Font, Color to "B")

3) Revisit the WATERMARK: changes to thefont/color now affect the CAPTION now not WATERMARK.

Thereis no longer way to edit the WATERMARK without exiting C1 and restarting.

The EXPORT watermark is not affected by the PRINT dialogs.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

Thiswas reported in Sept 22 and now in version 16.3.0.76 (Mac) - it was never adjudicated.

Current workaround

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?

Workaroundsare to 1) set the WATERMARK and don't attempt adjustment after setting CAPTION

or 2) Restart C1 and adjust the WATERMARK .. then CAPTION.

    Scroll down to the list box and select bug report.

    You're asked to submit log files, screen shots, whatever.  

    After you hit submit you'll get an email with a support ticket number and can continue communication by replying to that email.

    You can get to this link by clicking support at the top of the page.  That shows the page I think you're looking at.  Look at the bar across the top.  Request Support.

    Yes it is a bug and never resolved - I can no longer find a "bug report" link in the Support Pages for other than Camera Support or Mobile support.

    This sounds like a bug vs a feature request. Please open a support case.
