Hmm, very good. The experience of being the game for long time. Seems like they might've inadvertently added that feature without even being aware of it themselves, hence not being in the User Guide
369140406417 - could you put your feature request into the standard template? See the pinned post in this section of the forum. The developers say it helps them greatly to have requests in a standard format.
And I agree with you that the keywording is not as good as I would like it to be (notwithstanding 368108974477's helpful hint). It's one of my chief frustrations with Capture One and I have been hoping for an improvement for years! It would be interesting to see your ideas for what a better system would look like.
What a fantastic feature!! Thank you 368108974477! I had no idea! Works for all metadata too. Where did you learn that from? I couldn't find it in the User Guide. Maybe it was in one of the tutorials?
I have had trouble in the past searching for files, and gave up trying after not being able to find any instruction on the subject. Frankly, it's the one thing I miss about lightroom. You could type a keyword into their "spray can" feature and tage each image you wanted the keyword to apply to. Searching for files was a simple task. Tyoe in the keyword and files that applied would come up.
