Support drag & drop folders from OS to C1

Support initiating an import by drag & dropping a folder into C1 from Finder or Explorer. It's faster a lot of times.

Ability to move the Destination of the Heal/Clone tools as well as the Source

When you make a heal or clone, you can move the area where the heal/clone is sourced from, but you cannot move the destination area. Be convenient in the case of misalignment / fine positioning to be able to move it around.
