I would like to have the option, on a windows pc to move the browser to a 2nd monitor

    Looks like you can do this already, at least in 16.7.8. Go to Window and about halfway down, (for me) there is a "move to [monitor name]. If I have a browser and a viewer open you can move either to whichever monitor you like.

    I support this idea.

    In fact, I filed such a improvement request some time ago.
