Your Cull function looks great. But do you have an option where we can optionally put the thumbnails down the side rather than at the bottom - because that is often a better use of screen space.
100% agree. Face panel and thumbnail panels should be pinned wherever the user would like. I personally would also choose the right side in a vertical orientation; this is best for wide-screen monitors.
Also, I would appreciate if culling view could be made full-screen (rather than a large floating panel).
