More intelligent subject (People) selection masking

What problem do you see this solving?

Better masking for subjects, particularly people. The new AI masking is definitely better than the magic tool, but still produces artifacts/excess masking. For example, if I want to adjust the background and use the new AI background mask tool, it often grabs some of the subject - and not just around the hair, but also the neck area and even skin tones - even if the background is grey. I then have to manually go in and adjust/erase those masks. The refine tools are far too broad - would be nice to have a tool where I can say just refine this area, not the entire image - and then control the amount of refinement - either by color, shape, etc.. While it would be nice to have the software do all the work, I'd be happy to provide it some guidance (ie, add/subtract to the mask for these colors in this defined area). That would be faster/easier vs. trying to do it with a pen display/tablet.
