Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
Since the recent AI integration, everything is way slower !!! From simply switching to one picture to another, it's awfully slow, the pictures are blury whilst charging during 2 up to 5 seconds sometime, so it's very unpleasant, specially in front of my customers who want to select their pictures between hundreds of them !!!
Same thing while brushing a mask, it's not nearly as reactive as previously !!!
Before the AI integration update, the brushing action was almost immediate while brushing, but now when I brush, the associated effects take too much of a delay to apply, so sometimes as I don't see the effect I want, I make a second brush strike before the first effect being applied, so after 1 to 2 seconds I end up with twice the effect I needed in the first place, so I have to erase the second stroke ! So very painful and counter-productive in the work process according to me.
I recently bought a 3000 € PC configuration to make sure it would be much more capable than needed, so my PC cannot be what makes the new C1 AI integration slower according to me.
If you manage to fix this huge productive issue it would be marvelous for me and my customers !!!
Yes of course you can contact me in this regard !
Best regards,
Nicholas
Ok. So there are at least 2 issues.
C1 new features are very cool but they should really finish them (crash/bug) and complete the HDR.

Thank you, I will open a ticket.
Thanks Nicolas, but no, my pictures are on my SSD drive so it cannot be the issue.
Version 16.3 got very irresponsive and crashy using non-local storage (NAS, Cloud)...
Do you store your RAWs on such places ?
I really hope they will fix that soon!
Regards
Hi 368358607978, please open a ticket with our support team, this is not a normal behavior!
Since it’s possible this is a local problem somewhere in your setup and how it interacts with Capture One, you may also consider filing a bug report at https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new as the developers get that information directly. This slowness is not an experience I have, personally. Anyway, just a suggestion.
