With Match Look I can edit one of a sequence of images and tidy it up, apply the edit to the rest and then cull from those images. It would be nice to have the Cull Images machinery after I've done these initial edits but it displays the originals.

Being able to cull unwanted images during import preview i believe will save time. At least for me.

What problem do you see this solving? When viewing an image in Live Sharing view online, the image is too small on mobile. You need to remove the left/right arrows and give that space to the photograph. It is insane to dedicate 25% of screen space...
