Jumpy interface on iPadOS

The interface on C1 for iPadOS feels jumpy in that things seem to always be moving around. I don’t like the auto-collapsing tools. I’d much prefer that they stay open or have the option to keep them open or closed. I feel like I am always waiting for a tool to open or close because of iOS’s animations. I also don’t like that when you click the crop tool, the image moves around and changes; I understand why this may be required, but I wonder if there’s a different approach that can be taken.
