Export Image with transparency

I have found that Capture One has become pretty good with masking/selections, it would be nice to designate a mask layer as an Alpha channel and then be able to export an image with transparency. It would be great for basic product shots etc and save a bunch of time exporting everything and then cutting them out in another app.
