What problem do you see this solving?
At the moment only one tool can be used once in a mask: brush, one gradient, one radial gradient. You cannot combine two gradients into one mask or substract a gradient from a brushed mask etc. These things are possible in other RAW-converters forever and make masking so much more flexible. I know everybody is talking about AI masks, but in C1 even those basics are missing. To be clear: the tools themselves are fine (Magic brush is good, Mask Refinement option is great!)
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

I face this problem all the time as a wildlife photographer it is important to me,I have to apply modifications to the whole background adn leave the face of the animal alone. No using AI masks or erasing masks does not do the job well
