As a first step Capture one to create a circular hue histogram from image
Example – original image and circular hue histogram generated by capture One. the user can then manually compare the colours harmonies from the various colour harmony schemes e.g. Analogous, complementary, etc. Hue histogram below produced by Wolfram Mathematica code
This can be compared with one of the colour harmony schemes as defined by Matsuda see below
As a second step the system could attempt to suggest a colour harmony scheme providing suggestions for the user to select. This would be a great help with many applications but of particular value to studio work such as still life, food, and portraits (background colour, clothes colour) in harmonious combinations. See below

None but use Mathmatica externaly of capture one to review potential colour matches |
Great idea to bring the confidence in creating color harmonies within Capture One. One more useful feature would be to select multiple points on the HUE circle with pre-created points (HEX codes or RGB values) and then have a possibility to select ranges for a specific color and make a uniformity and saturation slider as it is in the SKIN TONE tab.
