What needs to be done:
1. Create a new catalog
2. Import the folder with images
3. delete all image from C1
4.Select folder synchronization.
There is no way to disable the "new only" option. It is not possible to fully synchronize the contents of the application folder in the c1 directory with what is physically in the folder on the disk.
